Welcome back Kevin for third time, who is still charmed, by Elephantstay. As he says “I respect and admire the way that Elephantstay works to preserve the role of the Mahout in Thai culture as well as their unapologetic dedication to Elephant conservation. I hope to keep coming back again and again” So do we Kevin and thanks for looking after Jumpee!
Welcome back Nancy for the eight time as she says “I am thrilled to be back at Elephantstay for the eighth time. I feel like this is my home away from home, where I am always welcome. It is a great privilege to stay in an authentic working mahout village, to care for and bond with Rasamee, to spend time at the nursery observing and interacting with baby elephants, and to enjoy being around Soiselee. It is a pleasure to spend time with all the people here who are so dedicated to caring for the elephants. I hope to return again soon” And so do we! #iloveelephantstay #elephantlove
Welcome back to Dave and Arlene. They returned because they missed everyone at the village and especially Yitor. They love how peaceful and stress free the village. Thanks for looking after Yitor again.
Happy New Year from Elephantstay staff! We wish everyone an Elephantastic New Year! May your year be filled with love, laughter, happiness and elephants!
Elephantstay flooding again. It is now day 20 and water is receding. We are working hard to get everything operational again, but a lot of dead plants though.
New baby born! Number 69! What a wonderful start of the day!
Welcome to the world Number 69! Well that was a surprise! Well done Galaget on the birth of your big healthy boy! This is Galaget’s fourth baby, no wonder she is so relaxed!
